[Release]New skill - Restore ([Guide])

As nooby as i am.. something went wrong. I go /xp to get the skill, but when I click the portrait at the bottom right corner it doesnt use it. Instead, it drains my stamina. When I couldnt use it i clicked on SM and it worked fine X_x Wonder what I did wrong.

How the hell should he know he doesn't use it because it's for NOOBS yeah i said it.
