Why do we need a aol account and download and install aol 9.0 or 9.1 ? For which reason they let us play if we are not from NA?

Edit: I install'd everything ... aol 9.1 ... i ve got a aol acc too... but it still dont work for me-.-
still the same error : Not in service area ....
What am i doing wrong

If you have AOL 9.1 you can set up a new login configuration in the sign in screen, choose broadband as connection type and Home network as connection settings. Call that configuration Mabinogi or something, when signing in with your Screenname and PW you choose this configuration. It will reroute your connection over AOL that means you'll be getting an america based IP which you need to log on mabi. Once logged on, you sign in with your character, call up the log out confirmation after that. Next you click on "yes" and really really fast disconnect from AOL.(the timing is the key here) it should lag for a while and then bring you back to your character selection screen. Now you're playing with your own IP without the laggy reroute over AOL.

Nun zu meinen deutschen kollegen:
Ich habe etwas gefunden, zwar ist das kein hack, sondern eine MOD, jedoch auch ziemlich nützlich.

Um diese mod zu installieren kopiert ihr die .exe ins Mabinogi verzeichniss. Bevor ihr sie jedoch ausführt müsst ihr entweder eure Sprache für non-unicode anwendungen auf Koreanisch stellen, oder AppLocate verwenden.
Dann einfach 1 und enter drücken, schon ist die mod installiert.

Features:
-Mimics sofort angreifen (Immer first hit)
-In den selben channel wechseln
-Fenster öffnen auch wenn KO
-Super Zoom Out
-Dungeon Karten komplett sichtbar
-Playershops auf entfernung zugänglich
-weiteres

Darüber hinaus kann ich intressenten mit Programmen versorgen, die die core-dateien von mabinogi (.pack-files) öffnen und deren inhalte extrahieren/bearbeiten können. (Grafiken, texte, animationen, effekte und weitere)

I don#t know if people still watching this thread, anyway here is the most recent memory patch for Mabinogi which allows to add custom(changed) content to the game.
This is like... injected dll so I don#t know, maybe we can work on a hack this way.

Halt mich plox aufm laufendem, ich habe durch ein bisschen debuggen etwas erfahrung über die handler in den Mabi dlls sowie den eigentlichen inhalten der .pack daten.

Demnächst werde ich mal einen Mod veröffentlichen, der für freies herumteleportieren auf der Map ist, sowie Titel-Mod.

Auch wenns schon alt ist, hab ich mal die Anger.zip durch VirusTotal.com durchlaufen lassen.

Download, extract that "Data"-Folder into your Mabinogi-Folder (Usually C:/Nexon/Mabinogi), and your done.

ok...and then how to use it? at the final minigame what am i supposed to do?
