The full story is:
Getzabelz started trying to find foreign testservers with security issues for take their server files, since he saw that the esro owner successed at it. He found the security problem with the webDAV and so on Vietnam testserver, and managed to gain access to the root server of the testserver and take the files. The files had no certificate nor anything that could be a guide about how to make them work, so he asked me and I called pushedx for make them work. In the end with the help of pushedx and his cert they were able to run the files, but still only him and Victor (his friend) had them. Victor started the server on his computer for test it out, in fact this video was recorded on his local server.
Feel free to check the date of the video, it was made before the serverfiles were leaked.
In fact, this other video I never published to public shows the SMC working and connected to the Victor's computer:
Victor, Getzabelz and me started working on Phoenix as the first sro pserver with vSRO files, but I didn't liked the way they wanted to make their server. Then, somehow, KingLi obtained the serverfiles from Victor. They took an old release of the files (first taken files weren't v188, but a few releases older), and KingLi, the great stupid Li, announced that he had the files and that he was working on DreamWorld online. That made everyone ask himself, from where the fuck did he got the files? And that's it, Chernobyl, lesdreid and so many people realised that obviously there was a security issue on the VSRO testserver, they found it and took the latest release of the vSRO testserver files. Then Chernobyl spreaded the files to some friends, I got them too (not direcly by him, I wont tell how I got them), and started working on Bloody if I remember well. From there the stuff is confusing, but in the end many parts of the files were getting leaked to epvp and some SRO forums, until Chernobyl decided to release the serverfiles to the public. And that's it, he publised the files. Since I got the files I decided not to work with Victor and Getz since they had a different perspective of how a SRO server should be, and in the end Phoenix died. A good thing to mention is that was me who did the thing of change the .pk2 extension and name of the files and .exes for kinda "protect" the client, KingLi saw it on Phoenix client and did it on his own server.
And that's all, ofc anyone can have their own perspectives, I regret not to save the MSN logs of Getza telling be back in August 2011 that he go the files, in the beginning I wasn't believing him, but in the end I did. That's how it all started. The rest is obvious, once everyone got the files, crappy servers started growing like mushrooms, splitted the pSRO community and basically made any turk able to run a real Silkroad server with a few steps from a Youtube tutorial.
