I've read from chinese forums that rufengw.com hasn't released the mannequin system yet.
The mannequin system server files are usually encrypted and has to be cracked.
Its the same with the 30 day trial thing, it has to be cracked for it to work.
I have the mannequin db and server files but the server files become encrypted after you use it one time.

try using an english gamemap.ini and npc.ini and it will work

release it bro, this way EO Pserver will jump to a new era ^^
