any one make tut ?

Is it possible to make the spell not waste mana? I saw there is a parameter value which tells how much of mana the spell will waste, but when I put zero on it, nothing happens. Maybe , it's because mana is server-sided?

skills mana is server sided so is mana it self

wo kann ich hier auf der Seite finden was was macht?
z.B. was macht die conig.pk und was kann ich damit ändern? Ich versuche mich grade mal n bissl einzulesen und das ganze bei mir auf dem server zu testen wenn alles mal läuft :)

thunder normally ice and fire with cast time 0
its detected and fixed? anyone know?
cooltime i dont change only cast...
i know cool is serwer side
but what about cast time?
