first of all learn english i dont understand a word
they are bugged , get a 180 in ur frend list and u cant use them
use them and you will lvl up or whatever get some exp
add a frend while using them = u frend will get that exp 50x times more = if ur lvl 180 hes 187 for sure , thats why they are illegal
and lvl 160 - 187 or idk 150 - 187 cant use them too

whenever necron gets back... does he have a job? if he does hes probably there and will fix it when he gets back from wherever he is... last tuime it took almost 2 days or more
