Seriously ? I've read the whole application and it's quite readable. even people from US,CA,GB an etc.. make grammar mistakes but it doesn't mean that they can't speak proper English or can't write in English. Everything is about getting the point so i think this guy writes sufficiently good.

No, because you are english, and in the Section there are too little english people. The second reason for my No is, that you I dont't see you in this Section. Maybe do more for the Section and so on.

As i said in my app that the most people/users asks for hacks and others(many requests for hacks and others and you can't deal with them much).
And cause i don't post much,that doesn't mean that i'm not active
