SpeedHack v 1.0.6 - Working with SWTOR v 1.2

Definitely shouldn't be using this in pvp, even a minor speed increase is so obvious due to slows having no effect on you.

Correct don´t use it in PVP , i used it for some hours , but you have to look that no one can see you. You can do following stop when you see someone wait till he is away then go forward. Or you use 600% so no one can read your name. Dont use it in Fleets or when you are in groups. Only this way is secure.

Been using it since the hotfix for 1.2 has been released, absolutely no problems nor detection from Bioware. Someone must have reported you, I would imagine that all it takes is just one report for them to review your account.

Facts based on my own experience:

Been using this program ever since I started playing SWTOR, doing quests and killing people from the opposite faction. Okay, so I was given a 7-day suspension once while killing people from the other faction. However, I was never suspended for using it during quests. My point is, if you haven't figured it out yet, you will only get suspended and banned if people report you. I was reported about 6 - 10 times(guildie so happens to be in the area I was killing people with his republic toon and told me people were reporting me) before I was suspended. Whenever I do my dailies and are caught by fellow imperials, I just tell them I'm really laggy and everything seems normal in my screen.

You just have to be careful with people reporting you. DO NOT use this in PvP Battlegrounds, you're just asking to be banned or suspended if so; that's why I used this program to kill people in Tat and Ald, I was getting bored with the game and didn't care if I was banned. SWTOR, imo, has no way of detecting this hack unless you are reported by other players.

P.S I'm not banned yet, I was just given a 7-day suspension and was told I'll be banned if I get caught again.

at the rate they are losing subs you have to have a serious cheating addiction to get permabanned

I was suspended. But I also use many other hacks/bots/third party software. I asked them to tell me which program they suspended me for / what exact violation. etc, but they haven't responded yet.

However, I would recommend only using extreme speeds on stealthed characters to avoid being reported.

Also, I believe being in a free 30 day period makes them more likely to hand out suspensions. Once people are back on paid time, I'd find it hard to believe that they would ban people for anything short of OBVIOUS warzone hacking / abuse.

I can CONFIRM the bans are from speedhacking.

Got an email back from SWTOR.

I used this once for three minutes since patch, stealthed in open terrain, around no one.

weiss jetzt nicht ob ich durch die reports gebant worden bin oder einfach nur durch die software aber ich empfehle euch erstmal die finger davon zu lassen.

I can also confirm that my account was suspended due to speedhacking. Just read the e-mail reply.

It was fun while it lasted, but I wouldn't bother doing this on an account you wish to keep.

I hope they ban all of you who are cheating and I'm glad they're starting. BW not perma-banning people because they don't want to take a population hit would be a horrible business decision in the long run. Non-cheaters (the majority of the community) will get sick of the crap and quit, leaving BW with a bigger population loss and with just the cheaters that ruined the game left.

When you see people cheating, ESPECIALLY in PvP be it world or WZs, it is a piss off to no end. It's sad that so many people nowadays do not understand the concept of fair competition and believe the means always justify their own selfish ends.

I have a particular scorn of people that cheat and use underhanded tactics such as these to try and gain a unfair advantage. I played poker for a living for over a decade and one thing that was NEVER tolerated, and I mean NEVER was cheating. In a poker room or a casino, if you are caught cheating, law enforcement gets involved and no quarter is pared. The same should be done here and the enforcement is done by BW and the penalty is to be permanently banned.

Good for BW to stand up to all of you cheaters and I hope they catch every single one of you!
