2. cuz sro server using IIS there no reason for apache just use IIS PHP

ASP.NET compared to php = null you can't compare the powerful php with asp.net

No, I dont want to compare anything here. Just want to say if you are running Windows OS game server and database is SQL Server so ASP.NET is the best choice.
