not possible, these people who showed images only modified the chat clientside, but rolldice itself is serverside.

No this roll dice hack is a way to always win the item when you need to loot for it... That is it's only use as far as i know

I was actually surprised how easy it is to exploit, didn't expect it to be anything but client sided but to much surprise it shows on all other clients. good find.
