Well , the guy didn't design or build any new *.bsr or any thing ,
He just used mobs wep. , like the staff i think this staff is a zelatos hideout mob in jupiter
and also the axe , the axe is flame mountain unique wep.
the other wep. are legendary weps that exist in data.pk2 as a BSR file , but it is not activated.
The avatar wings are just edited on P.S, doin some HUE on it .. he extracted the *.DDJ File from MTRL and edited it , so easy i think ..
what i am trying to say that those things are not custom , it is really good to try to use the mobs weps , but still orignal degrees are better for me.

is good to see someone else is just using imagination to do stuff

Yeah . Of course you got a point .. but proplem is you still can't make a full Degree with al wep , or gears :D
Maybe you can make them as GM wep. or FW ones :D
