i solved this by photoshop ruler ... Press CTRL+R .. change ruler to Pixels
put the button on the place you want in the launcher ... zoom to 1200% and put your mouse cursor in the top left pixel , Read the ruler and Tdaaaa it is 100% Working :D :D

thats 100% true .. majority of my Pk2 editing exp was from comparing files to each others and discovering .. maybe guides should put you in the first step.. but you can't take on guides forever.

very nice, but If you change launcher style could be better
