Please Solution for Internet Wifi

Idk, i'm confused myself.

My house internet uses phone cable connected to an external modem at my brother's room & i connect it to my laptop through wireless connection in my room, the mbot always working but if i try at school with outdoor wifi i can't login the mbot.

If not caused by wifi, then why i can't login? no matter how many times i click it.

Have you tried through proxy? Dunno how would it help, but should worth a try imo.
