I was reading carefully the topic again and i think the exp should be low specially if you are going to add lots of uniques and also crazy respawns i mean, it would sux to get lvl 100 in 1 day cuse too many uniques and/or crazy respawns you know :P Although SP rates in my oppinion should be higher than exp rates cuse you know farming is boring as hell but i guess it wont be that hard having som craps but still. Also by new job system you mean the current one on isro (the one without traders) or just the regular one from all the psros atm... Also it seems like gold is going to be really valuable here which is awesome, i guess job gold rates are good enough to actually encourage ppl go job? Also make job exp x1... I have tested x3 job exp and i got lvl 7 99% on 3 weeks so job exp x1 or x2 will do..
most important thing: you cant attack unique which is 10 levels or more lower than you
