sending key using user32.dll

I got an idea how to do this, but I Need to know something: Are you able to select monsters via hotkey?

nope only mouse click :(
when u hover on mobs they lighten up a lil bit say like current opacity is 0.9 when hovered on they go to 1.0 opacity

Like I said: It's too game specific and it's hard to generalize...
