They never said that.
They said first quarter of 2009 for both EU and US.

They said the release order is:

chinese, EU/ NA, Taiwan, Japan for 2009 and south / center USA for 2010.

I bet EU / NA will come on the end of february / beginning of march, I never said it will be in 2010 .

when the game releases in Europe, will we have to pay for play??

no i concider february to april 2 months.
january is open beta in china then released at end of january. which gives them the 2 months to start marketing and shipping until april release for us ( as thats the usual amount f time it takes to ship copies of the games to places and also for pre orders to be ordered).
and yes they said early 2010 for southern and centeral america. im only concerned about EU/North america.

i'm trying to be friendly to all other not german speaking guys here :P so... my english is not that well :)

yes like wow buy game and then pay per month.
if its like korean version then there will be 2 versions of the game to buy (not sure about pre order) but these 2 had.
Pack 1 -
30 days game time
1 - in game helmet
1 - set of earings

Pack 2
90 day game time
1 - helmet
1 - earings
1 - wings

also like WoW and also like other playNC games you can also buy game time cards, i think plaync do 30 day and 60 day ones.

Well, I guess we will have more information about payment way near the release date, no need to make supposition wich may not be respected.
