Open your eyes and stop crying :D Look into Rappelz Download Center there is Xijezus String Editor which can do exactly the same and in my opinion has some more features...

But why is will be never re-up? simply because RappelzDownloadCenter Forum fucker don't have it... Because Bubulle stop to developement into rappelz because have too many leecher, sucker , ass kicker....

Xijezu's tools are written in c# isn't really hard to get the source :D
