My Client is crashing when i want to select character. Can some1 help me?

Maybe you go to TestServer .. TestServer is only for GMs all other become automatic kick form Server go to Server Delta or Sigma

I downloaded full client. There was a launcher. And after writing ID and PW, there are servers Delta and Sigma. Going on Delta, clicking on Confirm after select character and after this my client is crashing.
