I would go far enough to call you a dumb-ass. You're trying to run a server without ANY knowledge of how the internet works, but that's not why I'm calling you a dumb person. We gave you the answer several times and you can't even use google to research into it. If you can't figure out how to port forward, then join another private server because they can use your support.

Edit: And how many threads have you created from all of this because you have issues with reading and figuring out how to do this?

I believe you. Since you've done everything correctly (putting port numbers in server.dat), it appears that you just aren't able to host a server at all. We can't help you. There's no way to fix it. Sorry.

The first thing that pops up when you google "Port Forwarding" is "Port Forwarding Guides Listed by Manufacturer and Model". If you don't know what port forwarding is, then don't make a server. You don't know how the internet works so why are you trying to host a web based game?
