[Mini-Guide] Pake/Alissa Use

ya, thanks for the guide... i like how every one disses on us noobs... i have read a few old post where these haters are askin for help just like the rest of us... lol i give u two thumbs up...

this is a great guide.......but i dont get how do u get parameters for other stuff besides party windows

i dl'd pake a while back but never took the time to fiddle with it cause real life calls :D but i have some time on my hands so i gave it a try. fiddle faddled with it. put it in the right folders. dl'd a bypass so mabi doesnt close on me. my main problem? its not connecting to mabi lol..

im sure its something easy i over looked but got any trouble shoots for poor lil ol me?
i run up crack shield, start mabi. launch pake but its not connecting to mabi or that :]... do crackshield and pake not mingle well or? D: herp derp

do you have mabinogi.ini in your mabinogi folder? (where client.exe and mabinogi.exe are)

if not, that's your issue

The exact same way you get the parameters for anything. Double-click an entry in the list.

The R100 release thread comes with a bypass already set up last I checked, you don't need crackshield or whatever.

And did you run the analyzer as admin? Because the guide tells you to do that three times.

can this be used to dupe items or gold?......just wondering

ya i had the same problem but somehow i fixed it by downloading the file thats provided by Nogimule1 at this form: [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...], its a zip file called Alissa analyzer should help if not.....idk

also i encountered this problem if you use the hackshield pass by/crackshield whatever you call it

Because you're sending the server malformed data most likely. The server expects the proper parameters and such for most opcodes, if you send malformed data the server's likely to realize something is wrong and disconnect you automatically (for a variety of reasons).

If you can't get anything else at all working period then make sure you're actually copying the opcode and ID, not just the parameters.

i do copy the op code and the id......im just kind of confused on how to do it to other stuff besides party windows......like how do u know what is what your messing around with

Copying? The guide shows you how. Hell, there's buttons in the right-click menu to do it for you, read the guide again.



Finding the right packets?

1 - Click connect.
2 - Do whatever.
3 - Click disconnect.

If you do that, you should only have a few packets in the list. So that narrows it down, and then by double-clicking them and checking the parameters while using your brain a little, you can try to figure out which packet is the one you want. For example when looking for a packet of somebody talking, the parameters have their IGN and what they said, and the ID is their character ID. When sending a request, your IGN or ID will be involved, as well as that of the person you sent it to, as another example.

Nothing's just going to instantly pop up on your screen and say "THIS IS A DUPING PACKET YAY YOU FOUND ME", you need to sit down and analyze things.

for example if i found the hide skill code will it work on a non elf character?
