Has anyone got this to run lately, i am currently have issues that i have never had before when setting this up.

upgraded to framework 4 and getting an issue with blowfish setkey void

try this :

search for :

[DllImport("libeay32.dll")]

replace with

[DllImport("libeay32.dll", CallingConvention = CallingConvention.Cdecl)]

I was looking at your wiki (descriptions about which patch released what updates are nice) and then I noticed something about the upload of impulse's base, this is the one you got from one of the mirrored downloads on the first page of impulse's release tread, i.e. it's the original version (mirror is dated May 7th). If you look on page 2 (dated May 8th) impulse uploaded a slightly updated version. So what I'm trying to say is that this download is outdated. Here's the May 8th version.

Guys I have a problem: Everything is fine at first but:
