I got that goddamn email about the cf set and 20 levels, but I cant for the life of me figure out how to collect the stuff. And I assume when you get the gear and uniques, you get the 20 levels aswell? I tried on all the accounts with existing lvl 1 toons, made new toons, logged into game via email and normaly, but it didn't seem to want to work for me. I'm sure it's just something stupid I'm overlooking, but if someone could point that out for me it would be greatly appreciated.

BTW can someone help me about that, because i have a main char lvl 70+ and 2 toons lvl 1, can i get the free +20 lvl ups on this main yes or no ?

no you need an acc where wasnt a char higher than lvl 19 on that acc you can get the +20 lvls

yes you can create new chars. It´s account related. Weather you had all chars lv 19 or below on that december 22 or when the event started and got suitable for this 20ups event.
Just make sure u had no char over 20 and it´s an old acc....you ll get the 20 ups then for sure. You can test it by making full inventory, and go to npc and if it says you need to clean inventory, your account is suitable. HF :)
