Thats because it's serversided. You change it only on your client, but on the server the real amount of pen or ap is stored.

^^ i dont need that bypass i need to know what are you chaging ^.^, i mean what changes made on HackShield to prevent load its dirver?

So after .aaaaaaaaaaaaalllllll of this.....the simple questions are
1. Is there is bypass which has not been block by s4 league?
2. If so, How do we work it / work with it?

My thoughts:
We need to find a way since the game is bring updates and patches 24/7

And please.... I am sure people are looknig for a (one piece file that handles it all one time ) and not some complex information telling you that you have to go into this "computer and this and that .dll and bla bla bla .
