Thanks for your post; but it is really pointless. The primary point I was making is that there are some operational processes that Ivan could easily implement to make the kBot experience a better one. In addition, the he needs to shorten the update process (currently has been down for 9 calendar days) before people start spending the extra money upfront for iBot.
