Apnean, how do you do to have a good movemet speed? I have only 210%

Self buf i have 80 res 80 sb 78 block 58 doge and 74 % ele res with full atc gear on !!

and high lv scion have about 550 hh def and max 73 % hh res :S all self buf

o and 17.8 k hp ;) but scion ( sum ) cant tank :S

all different opinions but i guess most of you guys agree to make scion. Thanks for the advices.

All chars can get lots of movement speed these days, but summoner has 3 speed buffs once it reaches high level.
