I'm talking about my Pokémon game, nothing SRO related.
I'm out of the SRO private server world.

I don't think SRO R files will get leaked, but it's relatively easy to steal their stuff to use with vSRO files.

yeah, almost all MMORPG have that compatibility issue
about your pokemon project, im willing t try when is finally complete, it worth the try
Btw, try making it B/W style/textures at least in overworld

I'll probably do this for the tiles, but not the buildings.
The buildings are in 3D now and I'm too lazy to parse the model format and to implement 3D in my engine.

well what i think those sro files where been used by more than 1 game company , cuz the way of those files develop can let u make a full new game with new regions ,,
as for example , u can change the (Data) in the data folder which the sr gameserver read(load) the data which like data.pk2 to prevent something like wall hack or speed hack ,
So i think joymax and it's developers just develop the graphic (game client) and add some projects to agent to protect the game client from edit or use legend programs like bots or loader ,,
Anyway Joymax got the source code of those files but can't write any copy right on them .!
