My ip is blocked too >>>> 113.xxx.xxx.xxx.

Is it possible to access the server using proxy?

You guys should have an external hosting company taking care of the website to avoid confusion among players. When both server and website go down I can't help, but to think that something went down badly.

you call that an admin?

A decent system administrator should simply not make those mistakes, and even if he did he should have tested the new firewall rules before making them active. Either way, it's an easy fix if you have kvm, or just depending on the configuration of your server log in as a local user. It's not a great idea to host the site on the same dedicated server, even if you need mssql connection to it
