100 cap with Sun +7 Fb w/ 80% stats sets,accs @ npc and +10 weapons FB w/ 80% stats
disable elixirs and stones cause it turns into an alchemy server :p and also disable Wizards warrior buffs (pt buffs and skins) and bards and dont make unique event infront of JG south gate xD anyway just some ideas :)

and one more thing u should consider:
if u make 8dg server make 270-300 masters
if u make 9dg and 10dg server make 300 masters
cuz i dont wanna see at 8dg CH noobs with almost all masters up to 80...

80cap get more ppl then 130

120 Cap with D13 If u can will be great
if u cant make it D12 woth low amont of silk not too much

12dg servers full but 80cap not so much

8 or 10D nothing else!
