Try another server. Which server will have more people? 30x or 60x :) if server 1 is lagging the hell out of you. Try find another server. x.x

if other server lagg like this server i think i cant play any privat server

Well you got to try them to know. Not all server are the same. So this one is non-playable but the other might be playable.
