I put the sxs.dll in the crossfire folder, I start the patcher as administrator and the game always didn't wont open... What's the problem? I have Windows 7 x86

You need:

Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 Redistributable Package (x86)
Microsoft .NET Framework 4
DirectX End-User Runtime
