Btw: I prefer the structure how the parsed packed are shown much more on the old wiki. Just simple & clear.
Ok i understand. You got right about currently existing packets Wiki but its much easier for me (faster) to relase it in this form. Open source mini emu helps peoples to understand how things works. Packets creator class and much more. They can put my packets to the mini emu almost directly and understand many things also start develop a emu without spending much time on it(for fun). I have relased tool to taking opcodes from sro client you wont find it on existing packet wiki. Also other emulators (such a csremu, srevolution) are much more advanced and harder to "start with" than my "walker".

Sorry dude, but that's just plain bullshit.
A good packet wiki should be understandable by all users who know the basics of at least one programming language and preferably also about the SRO protocol.

A 'mini emu' just links together the information from the packet wiki, which is something that anyone with this knowledge should perfectly be capable of doing.

I get messages and requests for mini emu. Belife me most of peoples who are starting with coding and emulation are not capable to make mini emulator(i know because many peoples asked for it). Drew guides are really hard to understand. when you take a look to my mini emu you can check how things works and its really easy to understand (vb6 its rapid development language and its easy to code in it).

Many peoples starting with csremu or srevolution wich its coded in C and its really hard for them to understand object oriented programming if they are beginners and all what they have done in c its "hello world". Of curse my base dont look so well like official packet wiki , but there are pluses of it, you have to think and test out some stuff to udnderstand it , its give really much fun.

btw.
You should respect my work especially because i relased it for free, i lost my time to do this.

If there are people requesting a mini emu, they wouldn't be able to code anything with it, if they don't know any programming language.

You also could've just added your information to my Packet Wiki, including your mini emu.
You would get full credits, too, and even more people would see your work because my packet wiki is currently used by more people than yours.
CSREmu and SREvolution are coded in C#, btw.

You have no right to say whom or what I should respect.

You got right. Vb6 links to objects via indexes (it not exist in newest versions of vb) thats why you can learn operating on objects by easier way and also vb6 its really easy to start with. Thats why beginners who know a base about programming will have easier start coding with my mini emu and vb6.

You can add my mini emu to your wiki i have nothing against it.

i have nothing against you and i have right to expect some respect for my work, we both are same on the internet you're not a god so you sould not talk to peoples like that :bandit:.

well,I don't want to argue or something, but in my eyes vb6 is a fucking bad language to start with. It might be easy to use and such, but it looks like a piece of shit, and you can't even see through things if you've written a few hundred lines already.
Also about that packet "database"..
I like the idea, but not the way you've done it.You just copy-pasted the code from your emu,and didn't really explain things, and also those function names, etc are useless in a packet parsing stuff,it makes it harder to understand,at least in my eyes.
That's my opinion..
Though,I don't have anything against you,or something, don't misunderstand me,I kinda like the idea, etc, and it's nice to see someone trying to help the community, but I hope you get what I mean.

Cleaned the Packet Wiki from Spam. Going to add missing packets soon. Feel free to create & edit Packets too.

Btw: To create & edit pages you need now a registered Account.

Well I think it's best that you do like real wikipedia, check the changes by an administrator 5 times (or more) before they are instant, otherwise they will not appear until approved. I think this is better than when you need an account, because well people are lazy by nature, and making accounts is too hard kekeke

Nice idea! Going to ask lesderid for adding such a extension.
EDIT: won't be added.
