well i still don't understand what's going what if i live in france will those sites be blocked for me ?

most likely won't happen; reason being most people invest money into internet service monthly just so they can access these services if your ISP is blocking you from access the content behind the reason for you buying net service from them then there is no reason for you to keep paying them for the service the end result every one loses out.

so YouTube aka Google dies, yahoo dies, bing dies.

I have already seen google take steps to ensure youtube is protected prior to uploading any content on YouTube you are require to provide more info on the type of content you are uploading and to confirm that you are the sole owner and creator of that content
