Yours is probably the same but just without the data folder that's why it's soo small compared to the other one.

no they are not. If you did a simple search in google you would notice that the thread date are from 2008 - 2009 ect.

the sl.rar are the swsro/sjsro/etc... files but they doesn't have the correct database but silkbotter released the full files which are the same but the database is modified ect to support the european map so to get things back to original is going to be a lot of work

I would not say that cause if that client is really the orginal client for those files, then these files would support euro. Also you can't use these files with the released db i thought.(not sure about this tho)
