bei mir läd die datei als rar datei herunter so wie es dort steht,
doch dann muss ich des mit nem editor öffnen?!?!?!

du sollst es entpacken und die .exe ausführen also nicht die Textdatei.
Bei Win. Vista/Seven Rechtsklick und __Als Administator ausführen__
