lol all of u guys are really funny. evolution doesn't really care if people can see their share folder or not, in fact the share of evo is already posted on elitepvpers. if they wanted to, they can hide the files... look at the dump, can you find "data/share/creature/remote.csv"? or version.ini? they did this to prove they can encrypt it if they want, but they dont care.. read their forums they talk all about it.. and even if u unpack the share, u cant get their exe code.. its all obfuscated/encrypted.. all this is-is the share folder.

The share thats released is the old one, not updated.

The funny thing is, I could care less if anyone of you knows how we packed it. The fact is that noone knows how to unpack it, even tho you know what packer we used, u won't be able to unpack!

Some of you guys seem to get a hard one when it comes about our share folder, its funny how you can't work for your own stuff, its kind of getting old seeing posts about "pls share new chars", "how to unpack evo exe?".

anyway ,now i used BoxedApp for pack my exe , Wow thank EVO

Build your own friggin client guys, if you have the same client as evo, even if you have 2 new classes working, why would they just leave evo and come play on your noobie server with barely 2 people online?. If you want players , you need to be unique, have something that other servers don't. Just pulling crap like using other shares, you won't learning, you will just be stuck at copy and paste level. Its cool people trying to unpack it for educational purposes to see how things work. But to use it for your server, its lame, I wouldn't come play on your server thats for sure.

That's funny, I do / do not worry / I did not copy evo.

It shouldn't be surprising some of our files were embedded using BoxedApp since the files are stored in plaintext if viewed in a hex editor (the same ones that you guys 'unpacked'). Important files are packed using a different procedure

evo accuses ppl of copying them anytime someone gets some stuff from the korean client, at least one jackass on the staff seems to think he has rights to dds and csv files from the korean client, and as soon as he sees it, he starts running around talking shit and the reality of it is that hes just a prick that has to make a dramatic scene anytime someone gets something evo has, even if they didnt get it from evo, so while you guys are tired of ppl trying to get "your files" i think the rest of us are just as fed up with you guys thinking you own them in the first place, get over yourselves ffs

keep cheating ur votes, doesnt make ur server any less crappy, its great you guys can alter some files, too bad you cant run a server to save ur life . . .

and p.s., putting ur share in the exe is the dumbest damn thing i have ever heard of, have fun updating, im sure the players will enjoy having to download a new client anytime u have to change something in the share, i could understand if it actually did anything that cant already be done by other less inconvenient means, may as well just pack the whole damned client in it ffs

Meh I just loled at this. Try downloading the client and see how the updating works. And why are you always "Don't copy/paste!" I remember when your server first came out, it was 99% copy of fussion, all you did was add a 0 more to the items.

show me a post where i said dont copy and paste? i dont even know wtf ur talking about, ur entire post makes no sense, and if i remember right, fussion was an exact copy of another server, dont go talking smack when u dont even know wtf ur talking about, i can point out 2 dozen different times fussion took my files to try and get players then turned around and tried to say i copied them only for dates of updates to be thrown in their face, get ur facts right seph, for someone that puts himself on a pedestal u sure do talk out of ur ass alot
