I found Intel Shocker with nice Cloak (ice/light/poison) really usefull on my Ele's. (99 and 104 atm)
Shocker just ticks a lot of the boxes when it comes to the type of damage Ele's do.

alot needs to be changed but i will when its needed, now im ok with tha buildQuote:

2. Endurance only 1? Dont you get a nice boost from Ele. Heal if full?
imo if ur too weak for the mobs and you need alot decent of luna then go at other spot , in pvp if you are going to die , 1 more heal wont matter alot unless you have 10khp+ (depends of the situtiation ofc)
3. LS 1? (I know, no more ms reduction on higher pts. But dmg?)
wont make that much dmg either (10% more dmg per upgrade isn't worth it for me
4. Spirit Smash only 3? Debuff?
upgrading spirit smash and frozen darts later ( got +5 skills so that 2 more wont do it
Rest seems very well.
