3:30 (german time) they told us that they restart server... now its 3:56...
I know how to start a server. If they just restart the server files, it tooks like 2min.
If they restart the root server, then it could longest took 10min, not longer.

its 20min, and idk what they are doing, but i still like this server. 12degree is very nice.

I actually don't know what's going on with zszc players&administration,I have never seen that somebody from their team gives privilege to people.
