Before you shout about being corrupted, which this wouldnt even be classed as. We checked serveral logs againt the account in question and we also didn't and haven't closed your case. When you where told if found to be trying to gain free silk on purpose there is a risk of being banned and blocked, you went offline and i have heard nothing more from you.
Here is our current information from our logs, which i belive has already been told too you:
1. GP System which runs in a independent database [No trace of GP charged]
2. Silk Converted from GP [No trace of Silk converted from GP]
3. Silk Spent [No trace of Silk Spent In Game]
4. Current Silk Ammounts [No Silk Ammount Current]
5. Account has been checked both in game and via the web login system [Both reporting no silk currently or GP, screenshots have been given to you of this.]
We have, and always will deal with our payment systems proffesionaly as we can throught our gaming network. With over 6 years of history and good reputation we have no reason to risk any marks against it for the sake of 5-6 Euros. We have had 100s of players order GP on a daily basis via our network and your case is the first too of brought a problem to us regarding to silkroad.
I will continue to look into the case, but please refrain from calling it "corrupt" due to a payment issue.
