Before you shout about being corrupted, which this wouldnt even be classed as. We checked serveral logs againt the account in question and we also didn't and haven't closed your case. When you where told if found to be trying to gain free silk on purpose there is a risk of being banned and blocked, you went offline and i have heard nothing more from you.

Here is our current information from our logs, which i belive has already been told too you:

1. GP System which runs in a independent database [No trace of GP charged]
2. Silk Converted from GP [No trace of Silk converted from GP]
3. Silk Spent [No trace of Silk Spent In Game]
4. Current Silk Ammounts [No Silk Ammount Current]
5. Account has been checked both in game and via the web login system [Both reporting no silk currently or GP, screenshots have been given to you of this.]

We have, and always will deal with our payment systems proffesionaly as we can throught our gaming network. With over 6 years of history and good reputation we have no reason to risk any marks against it for the sake of 5-6 Euros. We have had 100s of players order GP on a daily basis via our network and your case is the first too of brought a problem to us regarding to silkroad.

I will continue to look into the case, but please refrain from calling it "corrupt" due to a payment issue.

i know pay by phone is useful, but makes it difficult to prove something about the payment
you should just use paypal/moneybooker

We have all those options available, we use Paymentwall which have over 85 different world wide payment methods. They are a highly proffesional company that we pay too deal with all our transactions.

If im correct every payment type will always issue some kind of reciept number so we can deal with such cases. As said above if the person in question can issue us this we will deal with the issue alot quicker.

I can confirm that PaymentWall sometimes fail with Phone/SMS payments.
Basically is not their fault but company they work with are too slow sometimes.

oh and yea.. no need to buy silk in that server.. GM in there are unless. they pm me if ur talkin about getting silk.. they will not help you at all with any info. all they care about man makin money off you..

[GM]Mykha is one of the most unless GM in all time in any type of game.. that fool will not answer anyone unless you talk about getting silk than he might answer bad.. most unless cant even give info on how to join in an event. that he host..

You already dramatize this. Stop trashing around about us and our server , lol ! Admit that you were trying to get some free silks and that's it !

Remember, we do not charge the silks/GP . Paymentwall and our system are doing everything for us ! We never had this kind of problems before ! You're the first one and for sure, the last one !

Edit: Like Atomix said : "Our system is FLAWLESS!". If our players have problems with the payments they should contact Paymentwall's support instead of us but we still offer our support to them !

I won't talk about my teammate, but I am pretty sure that if you did pmed me I helped you , of course, if you had a problem or a question regarding to our server. If you were asking for gold/free silk/items and such things I am pretty sure that I ignored you and/or I kicked you out :p .

We do not care about making money. I had a little chat with our owner (Mike aka Atomix) and he said that he doesn't care about the income. He just wants to offer a high end server where everyone can have FUN, enjoy the game and make friends ! And remember that we have a very powerful dedicated server that costs a lot !

That's our goal, offering a nice game to everyone .

Also, regarding to your feedback. We cannot answer to everyone's messages. We sometimes get spammed by players that are asking for events or gold or plvl or w/e else. Don't forget, in others servers you are not even able to PM a GameMaster, so it's even harder to get help from them. Most of the server are ignoring their players requests about events, rates, gameplay... We don't ignore them, we count every suggestion that is useful and try to implement them in a way so that everyone can enjoy.

will i pm him on how to join in the vp event only.. and im not a noob who cant find gold for himself or lvl up himself..
