I can change variable alchemy , e.g :

From +0 to +4 , % rate , from +4 to +9 and from +9 to +12 ..

Ok PortalDark or someone know a good hosting firmware , from where i can buy a good dedicated.

I think most of the best players will agree that over cap 100 is fail cap's. Others just never had that high chars in real silkroad, cant understand it.
