ok new update
for 1 of other reason this certain user below could input a HAMACHI ip

how was he getting past the 5.X invalid ip check ?
i used the database version and put 5.0.0.0 -> 5.255.255.255 in the list
so the range should block that ip because it just start with a 5
maybe a mysql timeout ?
maybe some other error or he founded a way to submit it ? (should be strange to use a hamachi ip then in the first place)
anyway
some1 know why that happends ??
