I was 43 killing 48 mobs and getting 4059 exp, now I'm 44 killing 48 mobs and getting 4059 exp aswell- the 49 mobs have however jumped from 3339 to 4174

so are you sure it's not -1 to +5 that's 0% exp penalty?

I am a Lv62 player on Vlades server, and from my experience of grinding and leveling, you get 100% exp from monsters of the level range (-1 to +5) of your level.

turbowog, if u are 100% sure, i pretty much am 100% sure you don't even test it out before giving an *100%* sure reply. Don't just rely on a source you see and stubornly stick to that.
