I don't know anything about scions but I did some research on the net and that's what I found:
The korean name of the "Dockhand" in this video is 독핸드.
So, based on it's icon, it's the english Toxic Hand.

Perhaps make a secret FB company or smt, just suggesting, although not everyone has FB

nah there are always leaks no matter how secret you keep it unless you know everyone personally
