[Help] Character starting stuff

so what Are u looking for so we can understand. please

i already said, when a newbie starts they normally get 2 mads if thyre mage or 2 wads if their warrior, and the first map they start in is cronus, well on my server they get 2 lulu if thyre mage, and 2 dodo if thyre warrior also lvl 25 super gears, and they start in roseland, now i need som1 who knows how to change those settings.
