To MHS it's basically the same as CE just more complex, therefore for beginners harder to use but in the end you're able to do way more with it.
For this level thing:
You do the same as you do in CE, search for your level. As there are too many adresses you'll find you'll have to reduce those and end up with your level adress that your able to change to 55 or w/e.
You won't really be 55 , no you can't equip higher than you, no you don't get 55 Stats, no you can't kill higher mobs for xp but your PT "Limit" is gone meaning you're able to GM your PTs at a way lower level(also get elites and experts) you're also able to enter areas which you shouldnt be able to (Kartella/BM so on)
You arent searching for an adress, you have to search for the value of your level(using byte).
Ps: Before anyone asks you can't use MHS with Vista SP1 ( without the Service Pack is working fine), maybe you have to change some settings for it to work. Well I just deinstalled SP1 back then.
