You can see what Cabal is Active (Sorry i am writing "CPU" buth this is FR) , then Ati tray tool give Resultats of Fresh Rate 350 , If so much, then hovered Cabal or in other words not loads

From 0 to 60 FR Indicates that it acts

give me tutioral for activate cabal :p plx ;p

i play Eu cabal and TFN no have problems , only this cabal does big problems.

Download any other Cabal, update it;
Copy Cabal Data folder and paste it at the Chinese client you're using;
Throw the patch of the server you're playing (DONT APPLY ANY TRANSLATION OR IT WILL MESS THE AGREENMENT!)
Open cabalmain.exe (in the case of the wudjit, the special .exe)
It might fix the bug, at least worked here ^^
