The non-kSRO opcodes have never changed.

And like I said, iSRO opcodes == vSRO opcodes. Only packet data is different.

win 7 32 bit can see char info but no skills.

THIS WILL NOT WORK BECAUSE VSRO HAVE DIFFERENT OPCODES!!!
