I got an account. Has 73 champs, 70 skins. Regarding the more important skins i have: Piltover Customs Blitz, Gentleman cho, Red baron corki, Annie in wonderland, Alien Invader Heim, Lion Dance Kog, Nunu bot,Brolaf, Astronaut teemo, firefighter trist., Pax sivir. Has a great amount of runes. Now regarding the elo. It`s not the best. 23 Wins, 23 loss. If it matters a great deal to you i can go ahead and up the elo if the price goes higher.

You did name a lot of expensive skins but they arent Limited Edition. Also, gold elo from season 1 is a requirement
