Go to your silkroad folder , copy(make a backup of your media.pk2) and put mine(or the new one) you just download , into your silkroad folder , lunch silkroad by the same way as before , and enjoy =]

Which file did you edit/extractor/replace newone for the ground cursor?
Cuz I don't like the team exit ground cursor. At first I thought it will point to the direction you are running to (cuz it is an arrow). I would like to have default circle cursor back ^^ and keep all other. Or you can post a tutorial on how to make our own ^^ that would be nice too.

muhaha94 : If you mean about the media.pk2 , you dont have to open it , just copy/past it into ur silkroad folder (make a back up of your old one) ,
And if you mean about the .rar , i dont know , because the .rar works fine :)
The 4files wich are cursors are in : Media.pk2 / effect / and the names are : select01/02/03/04 , its easy to remplace =D
