they were available for download, and they are still but with some limitation
i got the decrypt tool and the Encrypt one too as far as i remember they are somewhere in my HDD

Currently there is no way to edit *.XSD since they changed the encryption method , the only way is to re-program the XSD editor by saweet to decrypt the new encryption
